It may look like a blueberry, but there’s more to the maqui berry!
These South American berries are a deep purple color, which they get their color from the anthocyanins present in the berry. Anthocyanins are the class of antioxidants are they give off a majestic purple color. Anthocyanins found in Maqui berries are behind many benefits such as eye health, to preventing cells from experiencing oxidative stress, balancing blood sugar, protecting the heart, and more.

- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4-1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup steamed then frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 tbsp or two Maqui berry powder
- 1-2 scoops plant based vanilla protein
- 4-8 ounces plant based milk
