Pumpkin Pie Smoothie!

This Pumpkin Smoothie tastes like pumpkin pie & only requires a few simple ingredients,! With the addition of Parsleys Rebuild Clean Protein, this smoothie is also a nutritional powerhouse. Pumpkin is rich in immune-boosting vitamin A. It’s pretty incredible how just one spoonful of pumpkin puree can provide over a third of most people’s daily vitamin A requirements. Pumpkin Spice is traditionally a mix of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. It’s warming & pleasingly aromatic (smells like fall). This combination of herbs are anti-inflammatory and can help support your blood sugar, hormones, and overall health.

Smoothie Hack: Did you know you could DIY your own milk by adding 1 tbsp nut butter to a blender with a little water? This method requires no extra clean up because all you do after is add the rest of your smoothie ingredients.




DIY MILK: 1 tbsp cashew butter + 1/2 cup water

1/3 cup pumpkin pure

Pumpkin pie spice to taste

1 frozen banana

1 tbsp flaxseed oil or flaxseed

1 -2 scoops Parsley Health Vanilla Protein, or plant-based protein of choice


To make:

Add cashew butter + water to the blender, blend until smooth… MILK!

Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smoothie

Add fun toppings like granola. I also added leftover pumpkin caramel from my Pumpkin Twix Bars.
