Adaptogen Energy Bites
3/4 cup cashew butter
1 packet Wedderspoon Adaptogen Vitality raw honey packet
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup pecans
1 tbsp organic burst maca powder
2/3 cup almond flour
2 tsp cinnamon (+ more for rolling at end)
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
2. Roll into balls, then in cinnamon.
3. Place on parchment paper and refrigerate at least two hours to form.
4. Store in fridge or freezer for longer storage.
The cashew butter makes it super creamy… and the raw honey and cinnamon super sweet!
