Pitaya- Beet Bowl

Pitaya-Beet Bowl

 

 

 

Blend:
1 cup frozen pitaya cubes
1/2 cup frozen sliced beets
3/4 banana

1/2 cup raw cashew milk

Top with:
1/4 cup wild organic bloobs
1/4 banana (slices) – remaining from above
1 tbsp @nutiva organic hemp seeds
Drizzled peanut butter sauce ——- (1tbsp peanutbutter + 1 tbsp melted coconut oil)
^The peanut butter sauce instantly hardens when it touched the cold bowl giving it more texture

One of my fav combinations are berries & beets. First time I’ve tried pitaya with beets and they pair together wonderfully.
