Green Smoothie

Get in those greens people!

 Smoothies are a great way to sneak GREEN into your diet!

It is so important to incorporate GREEN into your daily diet.

Cancer protection, mood enhancement, and cardiovascular protection are just a few reasons why they are important.

Greens also reduce inflammation, improve skin, heal digestive tract, improve red blood cell health, strengthen the bones, strengthen the immune system, & enhance brain function.

You will need:

To make:

 1. In a high speed blender add banana + frozen cauliflower + spinach +  cinnamon + macadamia milk, or nut milk of choice + super green powder (I used chlorella).

 2. Top with more banana,  granola, &  organic hemp.
