Raw Fudge Bliss Bars

These epic bars combine three of my favorite recipes into one!

& this is what happens when you are craving all the sweets that time of the month. 

Raw Pecan Bar Base… Raw Chocolate Sauce Center, Raw Fudge Topping… Sprinkled with Nibs!

The holidays will be here before we know it & here come all the temptations! 

Keep these beauties in your freezer to indulge guilt-free when you have a craving. 


Chocolaty, sweet, salty.

For the Pecan Bar Bottom + Raw Chocolate Middle 

You will need:

8 Medjool Dates

1 cup pecans + more for topping

1/2 cup raw almond butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp pink salt

For the Chocolate Sauce

1/2 cup cacao butter

1/2 cup cacao paste

1 tsp coconut sugar, honey, or maple syrup

In a food processor process pecans, dates, almond butter, vanilla, salt.

Line a pan with parchment paper and smear mixture evenly over the top of it.

Melt cacao paste, cacao butter, and sweetener of choice.

Top with more pecans (can also use cacao nibs).

Pour chocolate sauce over the pecan mixture & freeze for 45 minutes

For the fudge 

1 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter

3/4 cup of  melted cacao butter

3 tbsp raw honey or maple

pinch of pink Himalayan salt

1 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pour over the pecan bars.
