Over night oats
The perfect go to breakfast when you don’t have much time in the morning!
I make the base at night before bed, and in the morning throw in some toppings.
These are fine in the fridge for up to 3 days and minimal ingredients needed.
My favorite toppings are nut butters, fresh fruits, & spices.
You will need:
-1/3 cup gluten free oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
-1 cup cashew milk, or other nut milk
1. At night in a mason jar ( or jars ) combine 1/3-1/2 cup oats + 2 tbsp @organicburst chia seeds in each jar & mix.
2. Add just enough unsweetened cashew milk to overlap the oat & chia mixture.
3. Store in the fridge over night add some berries, nannas, or cacao nibs in the AM & your good to go!
(Optional: sweeten milk with rice malt syrup — it’s a low glycemic sweetener and very low in fructose, personally I don’t think it’s needed)
