Spring is here & so is the amazingly nutritious pineapple!

Pineapples contain a digestive enzyme “bromelain” which supports the digestive system aiding in breaking down and absorbing nutrients from the foods we intake. Pineapple, also known for its amazing benefits in immune support, bone health, eye health, digestion, and anti inflammatory effect on the body, is a great match for the antioxidant packed spice turmeric.

1 cup pineapple

1 medium carrot

1 inch fresh ginger

1 tsp turmeric

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup coconut milk

1 banana

BOOST IT: plant based protein or baobab powder.
