Cashew Collagen-Protein Bars
These raw cashew “collagen” protein bars are out of this world!

With only a bundle of simple ingredients, they are perfect when you are on the go and do not have time to make anything fast!
Ingredients used:
@bobsredmill 2/3 cup almond flour
@artisanaorganics 1/2 cup cashew butter
@vitalproteins 4 tbsp marine collagen
@woodstockfoods 1 cup raw cashews (crushed)
@365bywholefoods 2 tbsp white chia seeds
@simplyorganicfoods 1/2 tsp vanilla
@nutiva 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
@bobsredmill 2/3 cup coconut flour
@organicburst 2 tbsp maca
@madhavasweet 1 tbsp coconut sugar
@navitasorganics small handful goji berries
@wholefoods small handful pumpkin seeds]
To make:
1.Combine flours (almond and coconut)
2. Add remaining ingredients, besides pumpkin seeds and goji berries.
3. Add in goji berries and pumpkin seeds.
4. Press into a square pan lined with parchment paper and flatten evenly.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours and cut into bars.
6. Store in the refrigerator.
