Blueberry Beet Nice Pops!

BLUEEEEE-tiful

My blueberry-beet nice pops are super easy to make, & consist of 4 simple ingredients. These nice pops are full of healthy probiotics, dairy free, and the kids will love them…
Can’t BEET that!
So get ready to get creative in the kitchen with the kids as these make a fun family activity!
You will need:
1 large 24 ounce container of forager project cashewgurt [probiotic cashew yogurt]
1 18 ounce package of blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 cup sliced frozen beets
To make:
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or high speed blender until smooth.
Pour into Ice pop molds and allow to sit for 4-5 hours.
This makes about 6-8 ice pops depending on ice pop mold sizes.
All ingredients can be found at your local whole foods market. I use stahl bush island farms frozen sliced beets to save myself a “bloody beet” mess.
