Peanut Butter Fudge

Peanut Butter Fudge

Raw, No bake, Only 5 ingredients

As you can see, I love fudge! I’ve made a few combinations of this recipe from pumpkin fudge, to chocolate peanut butter fudge, to almond butter fudge, etc! Today i’m sharing the measurements to a peanut butter lovers fudge! This recipe makes a “thicker fudge, so you’ll need a smaller baking pan than I usually using in my fudge recipes…

6-6 or 7-7 works best.

Ingredients:

1 + 1/2  cups creamy peanut butter

3/4 cup melted cacao butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

pinch of pink salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

*Optional add adaptogen tinctures or powders like maca or ashwagandha

Directions:

Melt the cacao butter over a low heat. Meanwhile, add all remaining ingredients to a food processor.

Once cacao butter has melted, add that to the food processor as well. Cover and pulse a few times before letting it mix on a low setting for about 30 seconds.

Pour mixture over a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Remove from the freezer and cut into 1 inch squares.

Store in the fridge for perfect fudge like consistency or in the freezer for later use!
