DIY Reeses Cups

DIY HEALTHY REESES CUPS!

A delicious and healthy treat to treat yourself this holiday season or any day for that matter 🙂 

Ingredients:

2 HU dark chocolate bars or 1 cup HU gems

1/2 cup melted cacao butter

1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 pinch or two of sea salt
To make:
Melt Hu chocolate over a double boiler with cacao butter to thin, let cool a few minutes.
In silicone Reese’s molds pour about a 1/2 inch of chocolate on the bottom of each cup. Freeze 5 minutes
Meanwhile mix center ingredients ( peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut flour) .
Add a 1 tbsp peanut butter mixture to each cup, pat down and freeze 5 minutes.
Pour 2nd layer of chocolate covering the peanut butter layer and freeze for 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and store in fridge or freezer for longer use
