Creamy, rich, delicious. So simple to make.
Just cook 1 cup brown rice elbow pasta to el Dante. Stir in 1/2 cup “cashew cheese” & 1 tbsp full fat coconut milk.

Cashew cheese
You will need:
-1 cup cashews, soaked for at least two hours in warm water (drain)
-1 tbsp dijon mustard
-1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-1/4 cup filtered water
-1/4 cup nutritional yeast
-2 large cloves garlic
-2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
-1 tsp pink himalayan salt
-cracked black pepper to taste
To make:
1. Drain cashews and combine all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender.
2. Store in a mason jar for up to 7 days.
