Raspberry Beet

Raspberry Beet Smoothie

This smoothie is super energizing & delicious. 

A delicious blend of beets, raspberries, peanut butter, cinnamon, and banana.

Beets are high in vitamin C, fiber, and essential minerals like potassium and manganese.

Beets are good for your bones, liver, kidneys, and pancreas.

You will need:

1 handful of frozen organic raspberries

1 handful frozen beets

1 cup of hemp milk

1 tbsp  peanut butter

1/2 spotty ripe organic banana

 1 tsp  cinnamon.

BOOST IT with 1 tsp Acai powder

 

To make:

1. Blend raspberries, frozen beets, hemp milk, peanut butter, spotty ripe banana, & cinnamon.

2. Add that BOOST of Acai (optional)

NOTE:  Adding heat {cinnamon} to your cold smoothies provides nutrient absorption and healthy digestion.
