What it includes:
Week one: 1-hour consultation (Review Goals, Extensive history, Physical Exam, Food Diary Analysis)
Week two: 45-minute Review Findings (Discuss findings, Individualized Meal & Lifestyle Plan

After the 3rd week, follow ups are booked as needed for an additional fee. I recommend meeting on a monthly basis, but also depending on how much support we feel is needed moving forward.

A very common question I get from my clients is, “How do I get my kids to start eating better?” … The truth is… the best way to do so is to start them as young as possible but its never too late. The food industries have come up with ways to trick our kids into eating things that are not good for them. Bright colors, advertising on TV with characters, etc. We can practice the same tactics which educating our kids on the value of nutrition no matter how old they are. We just have to put ourselves in their head. My program helps kids become more active in their nutrition and encourages them to make healthy choices.
Good nutrition creates health in all areas of our existence…
it is time to teach our kids that delicious food does not always have to come with a commercial.
