Sesame Glazed Tofu Stir-fry
This Sesame Glazed Tofu Stir-fry is to die for! So easy to make.
Here’s how its done…
You will need:
1 handful kale
1 cup cooked quinoa
3 chopped carrots
1/2 yellow onion, chopped.
3 cloves garlic, minced.
1 inch ginger, minced.
Tofu cubed & marinated for 5 minutes (marinate below).
Tofu marinate
-1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
-2 tbsp coconut aminos
-pinch of coconut sugar
-1 tsp apple cider vinegar
-1 tsp sesame seeds
-1/2 tsp pink himalayan salts
Make it:
1. Lightly grease a stir fry pan with coconut oil spray.
2. Saute carrots, ginger, garlic, and onions over medium heat for 5 minutes.
3. Then, add tofu and stir fry until golden brown and sauce has thickened about 5 minutes over medium heat.
4. Top over cooked quinoa & kale.
