Raw Pumpkin Fudge
Looking for a sweet treat that only takes a few minutes to make?
I got you covered!
The raw pumpkin fudge has only a few simple ingredients and showcases the perfect fall treat. Fall is my favorite time of the year. The cool breeze, the changing leaves, light sweaters, and delicious recipes. As much as I love baking, I also love my freezer treats because I can make a big bunch and save them for later use. Or… maybe I’ll eat them all at once!
You will need:
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup melted cacao butter
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
All you have to do is add all the ingredients to a food processor and pour over a pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 20 minutes then store in the fridge for the perfect serving temperature.
Freeze for later use
