Pumpkin Spice Bliss Balls
Its that time of the year again, PUMPKIN SEASON!
What better than some pumpkin spice bliss balls to satisfy your sweet tooth but nourish your body at the same exact time!
Sweetened with dates, dates are high in disease-fighting antioxidants, beneficial for brain health, and high in micronutrients.
You will need:
1/2 cup pecans
1 cup pitted dates
1/3 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsweetened pumpkin pie spice
pinch of pink Himalayan salt
To make:
Pulse pecans in a food processor until they are a fine dust like consistency
Add remaining ingredients to a food processor
pulse on high until combined
Roll into balls
