I love adding “heat” to my smoothies! Adding heat to cold smoothies promotes nutrient absorption and healthy digestion!

Ginger, in Chinese medicine, is a great HOT food and will fire up digestion

You will need:

 1 handful frozen vegetables

1 handful frozen cauliflower

1 inch ginger

1 cup @foragerproject probiotic cashewgurt

*top with banana

*@navitasorganics cacao nibs

*@artisanaorganics cashew butter

 *@vitalproteins marine collagen

*@manitobaharvest hemp seeds!

 Also boosted this smoothie with @standardprocess dairy free protein
