Ginger Berry Smoothie
Summer is here and there is nothing better than a morning smoothie bowl to energize your morning. This smoothie bowl is packed with antioxidant rich wild blueberries + Acai powder, beets to cleanse the liver, and ginger to ease digestion.
To make this smoothie blend:
1 handful organic wild blueberries
1 inch fresh organic ginger
1/2 cup frozen bananas
1 tsp ACAI powder
4-5 frozen beets
2/3 nut milk of choice
3 tbsp white chia
Top it with granola, dragon fruit, and strawberries.
